π΅ Motorcycle Booking and Rental Agreement
Terms and Conditions for NUSA RIDE
1. Role of NUSA RIDE and Purpose of the Rental
1.1. Purpose
The purpose of this agreement is the temporary rental of the motorcycle detailed in the Booking Confirmation ("The Motorcycle").
1.2. Role of NUSA RIDE (Booking Agent)
The Customer acknowledges that NUSA RIDE acts SOLELY as a BOOKING AGENT and payment processor. The rental contract, liability for the condition of the motorcycle, its maintenance, and direct service are directly between The Local Supplier and The Customer.
2. Essential Requirements for Collection (Pickup)
The Customer and any additional authorized driver must present the following to The Local Supplier at the time of pickup:
- β’Personal Documentation: Valid Passport or Identity Document.
- β’Driver's License: Valid Motorcycle Driver's License (national and/or International Driving Permit, according to the laws in force in Indonesia).
- β’Confirmation: The NUSA RIDE Booking Confirmation.
- β’Minimum Age: The driver must be at least 18 years old.
β οΈ Important: Failure to comply with Indonesia's legal driving requirements voids any insurance agreement and exempts NUSA RIDE and The Local Supplier from all liability.
3. Economic and Financial Conditions
3.1. Rental Payment
The total rental price is paid through NUSA RIDE. The Local Supplier is not obligated to deliver The Motorcycle without confirmation of this payment.
3.2. Cancellation
Cancellations are governed by the Cancellation Policy selected at the time of booking, which is accepted by The Customer. View Cancellation Policy
4. Use of the Motorcycle and Insurance
4.1. Responsibility and Prohibitions
The Customer agrees to use The Motorcycle with the utmost diligence. The following actions are STRICTLY PROHIBITED and void the coverage of any insurance:
- βDriving under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any substance that impairs abilities.
- βSubletting, assigning, or allowing an unauthorized third party to drive.
- βExceeding the maximum number of passengers or the authorized load capacity.
- βRiding off paved roads or in expressly prohibited areas (e.g., beaches, rice fields, or extreme trails).
- βParticipating in competitions, races, or speed/endurance tests.
4.2. Procedure in Case of Accident
The Customer must, in case of an accident: Protect the scene, immediately call the police (if applicable), and notify The Local Supplier without delay. The Customer must never admit fault or agree to payment settlements without the express consent of The Local Supplier.
5. π’ NUSA RIDE'S EXONERATION OF LIABILITY
CRITICAL CLAUSE: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.
NUSA RIDE is EXPRESSLY EXONERATED AND RELEASED from all civil, criminal, administrative, or any other liability arising from:
- β’Any traffic accident, personal injury, or property damage during the rental period.
- β’Mechanical or technical failures, or the quality and maintenance of The Motorcycle.
- β’Breach of any obligation (including non-availability of the motorbike) by The Local Supplier.
- β’Fines, sanctions, traffic violations, or charges imposed by local authorities.
Liability for the use of The Motorcycle and any incident rests entirely with The Local Supplier and The Customer.
6. Return
6.1. Deadlines
The Motorcycle must be returned on the date, time, and location stipulated in the booking. Any delay will result in additional charges applied by The Local Supplier.
6.2. Fuel
The Motorcycle must be returned with the same fuel level as when it was collected. Otherwise, The Local Supplier may charge the cost of fuel plus an administrative fee.
By proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Rental Agreement.
