Flexible options for your motorcycle rental bookings

At NUSA RIDE, we understand that travel plans can change. That's why we offer three different cancellation policies to suit your needs. The policy that applies to your booking depends on the option selected by the motorcycle provider at the time of listing.

1. Total Flexibility - Worry-Free Trip

Ideal for travelers who value maximum flexibility

Refund Conditions:

  • βœ“7 days or more before pickup: 100% refund
  • βœ“3-6 days before pickup: 75% refund
  • ⚠1-2 days before pickup: 50% refund
  • βœ•Less than 24 hours or no-show: No refund

2. Standard - Planned Route

Balanced option for confirmed travel plans

Refund Conditions:

  • βœ“30 days or more before pickup: 90% refund
  • ⚠15-29 days before pickup: 50% refund
  • ⚠7-14 days before pickup: 25% refund
  • βœ•Less than 7 days or no-show: No refund

3. Restrictive - Firm Booking

For long-term, fully confirmed reservations

Refund Conditions:

  • ⚠60 days or more before pickup: 75% refund
  • ⚠30-59 days before pickup: 50% refund
  • βœ•Less than 30 days or no-show: No refund

Additional Clauses

Force Majeure and Extraordinary Circumstances

In cases of natural disasters, public health emergencies (e.g., pandemics), government travel restrictions, or other unforeseeable events beyond the control of NUSA RIDE or the provider, a full 100% refund or credit voucher will be offered regardless of the cancellation policy, subject to verification and documentation.

Modifications to Existing Bookings

If you wish to modify dates or motorcycle choice instead of canceling:

  • β€’Modifications requested more than 7 days before pickup may incur a small administrative fee.
  • β€’Modifications within 7 days of pickup are subject to provider availability and may result in price adjustments.

No-Show Policy

If the customer does not show up at the agreed time and place without prior cancellation notice, the booking will be considered a "No-Show" and no refund will be granted under any of the three policies.

How to Cancel a Booking

  1. 1.Log in to your NUSA RIDE account
  2. 2.Go to "My Bookings"
  3. 3.Select the booking you wish to cancel
  4. 4.Click "Cancel Booking" and follow the instructions
  5. 5.Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method

The applicable cancellation policy is clearly indicated during the booking process and in your booking confirmation email. Please review it carefully before confirming your reservation.
